1. Returns/ Exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, no returns or exchange will be accepted.
   
2. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
3. Items on sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for Returns/Exchange
4. We do not offer refunds; all refunds are processed as store credit only with the validity of 3 months from the date of issuance. It is issued in the form of Gift card.
   
5. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer (Rs 150/-). We do not refund the cost of shipping or COD charges.
6. Each order is applicable for a Return/ Exchange only once.
7. Please note that discount codes, offers, or prepaid discounts are not applicable when placing an exchange order.
   
8. There are no charges for Exchange. Subject to availability, Exchange is applicable for Size & Design.
9. 22twelve holds the final authority in any case.
10. In cases where the customer’s pin code does not have a pick-up service available, they must self-ship the product to our office. In such cases, we are not responsible for the loss of the garment and cannot be refunded.

1. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
2. During high demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly. We will communicate any delays to you directly.

4. We partner with trusted couriers for safe delivery, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service. Please note we have partnered with third-party courier service, which may limit our ability to resolve certain delivery-related issues directly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases

6. We do not process orders on public holidays as per the Indian Calendar.
