Return Policy
1. Returns Time frame:
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, no returns will be accepted. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@22twelve.in with your Order ID and an image or video of the defective item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives in poor condition, is damaged or defective, refuse the package. Contact us at info@22twelve.in with all relevant details, and we will promptly issue a replacement at no additional cost to you. For any self-ship returns, 22Twelve is not responsible for loss of garments, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Return Conditions:
- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached.
- Garments with makeup stains or scents (perfume or other) will not be accepted, please be careful while putting on the garment.
- Items on sale are considered Final Sale and are non returnable and non-refundable.
4. Authorization for Returns:
Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused. The customer must then arrange a collection of their garment.
5. Refunds:
We do not offer refunds; all returns are processed as store credit only.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Store credit cannot be encashed or transferred.
- The refunded amount will cover the cost of the product only, excluding shipping and COD charges.
6. Shipping and Charges:
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund the cost of shipping or COD charges. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company during pick-up or delivery.
7. Return Process:
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. The store credit will be issued within 3-4 working days after that. The return process may take some time. Any necessary information will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
8. Additional Notes:
The above returns policy applies to all purchases made via the www.22twelve.in website only. In cases where the customer’s pin code does not have a pick-up service available, they must self-ship the product to our office. In such cases, we are not responsible for the loss of the garment and cannot be refunded.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Time Frame:
Exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, no exchanges will be accepted.
2. Exchange Conditions:
- We allow exchanges only once. Choose your size or color carefully, as we do not offer a return/exchange policy for exchange orders.
- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached.
- Garments with makeup stains or scents (perfume or other) will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on the garments.
3. Unavailable Size/Alternative Products:
- If the desired size of the same product is unavailable, you will need to choose another product of equal or higher value within 2 days of our receipt of your return.
- If you choose a product of higher value, you must pay the difference. We will not refund the difference if the new product is of a lower value.
4. Exclusion for Sale Items:
Products purchased during sale are not eligible for exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:

Before raising an exchange request, we recommend checking size availability on our website or contacting us for confirmation.
7. Exchange Pickup and Self-Shipping:
- A pickup will be arranged for the exchange at no additional charges.
- In cases where the customer's pin code does not have pickup service, the customer must self-ship the product to our office. In such cases, we are not responsible for the loss of the garment, and no exchange or refund will be issued.
8. Processing Time:
Once we receive the exchanged product, it will go through a quality check. The exchanged order will be processed within 4-5 working days. The process may take some time, and we will communicate any necessary updates via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled if a cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Please contact us at info@22twelve.in with your Order ID to request cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return or exchange after receiving the product by following our Return and Exchange Policy.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- If an Prepaid order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For orders paid by cash on delivery (COD), no refund is applicable. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
3. Non-Cancellable Items:
Sale or clearance items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation.
