Returns & Exchange policy
- Returns/ Exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, no returns or exchange will be accepted.
- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
- Items on sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for Returns/Exchange
- We do not offer refunds; all refunds are processed as store credit only with the validity of 3 months from the date of issuance. It is issued in the form of Gift card.
- The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer (Rs 150/-). We do not refund the cost of shipping or COD charges.
- Each order is applicable for a Return/ Exchange only once.
- Please note that discount codes, offers, or prepaid discounts are not applicable when placing an exchange order.
- There are no charges for Exchange. Subject to availability, Exchange is applicable for Size & Design.
- 22twelve holds the final authority in any case.
- In cases where the customer’s pin code does not have a pick-up service available, they must self-ship the product to our office. In such cases, we are not responsible for the loss of the garment and cannot be refunded.

Please note we have partnered with third-party courier service, which may limit our ability to resolve certain delivery-related issues directly. - We do not process orders on public holidays as per the Indian Calendar.
